  Terrible service, bad food, terrible experience. Our experience was awful and we actually had time to compare notes with other guests sitting next to us.

  Fun decor, fabulous food, vegetarian and gluten free options, and our server Julie was excellent. Love the creamy green sauce (house made combo of avocado, lime, garlic, sour cream- yum)

  Let me say, I am a ten year veteran of the food service industry and I am very tolerant of issues when dining out. That being said, I have NEVER had worse service than I did tonight at this restaurant. I am actually writing this review while still at the table. Our waiter chronically had to be reminded by us to bring what we requested. We waited an hour for our food while no less than 6 tables around us, that had been seated after us, got there food before us. Upon mentioning it to our server, he made excuses and said it was out of his control. That the kitchen was at fault. Upon speaking with the manager, she apologized and made no attempt to comp any of our food. She later returned and offered to give us a sopapilla desert. How thoughtful of them. On a side note, the food is decent.

  The best Mexican food !. One of the best Meican Resturants we have ever ate at. We ate here three times while staying at the Mineola Civic Center RV Park. Food is execellent, but service not good two times. Lucked out the first time and had Shanna. Execellent waitress. Ask for her! Home made tortillas. Chips salsa, green sauce very good. Don’t miss eating here if you are in the Mineola Texas area.
