WOW! I’ve had crawfish and shrimp before but none that tasted this good! Outstanding Cajun, lemon and garlicky seasoning creating this phenomenal flavor that’ll have you licking your fingers if you can tolerate the medium/XXX heat. Of course the potatoes & corn saturated with the same essence was irresistible. After a couple of pounds of this, I was indeed satisfied! High recommendations.
Awful customer service. Crawfish Heaven is run by a group of people with no regards to customer service. We arrived at the establishment at 8 pm and we put our names on the waiting list. We frequently checked back with the hostess and she informed us that we would be seated soon. Long story short we waited for 2 hours for a table and they told us that the kitchen is closed at 10 and that we would not be served. They handled the situation in an unprofessional manner by saying that we were guaranteed seats but no food because the kitchen closed. That statement makes no sense and I’m still perturbed about it. This was completely unacceptable and I will never go there again.

The crawfish is not very big and they usually gip me on my crawfish to. Ithe only thing they do not hip you on is the fried foods and gumbo, I don’t like to be charges $6.99 and up and not get what I pay for. The flavors are ok but not as good as boiling crab!
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. AWFUL…AWFUL…AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Crawfish Heaven has a common problem that most business have that flop over time: THEY FORGET HOW TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! There’s plenty of places to get great crawfish in Missouri City, but since Crawfish Heaven is the new crave, folks have been frequenting this establishment lately for seafood. It usually is more favorable to call in to place your order to avoid the wait. However, the teenage workers thought it would be a great idea to place me on hold FOREVER while they handled orders in the store. After 15 minutes of waiting online while listening to the Asian girls talk about whatever on the other side of the phone, I decided to drive 10 mins to the store. When I arrived, I spoke to the manager Jason. He confirmed that since they were busy, it was his choice to keep me on hold. No apology, no remorse, NOTHING!! Will never go back there again, and pretty soon nobody else will either!!!
