We were visiting friends in Magnolia last week and it was suggested that we try Genuwine. Ambiance was okay ( a lot of stuff on the walls), staff was friendly (Eddy and Jeffery were very attentive), music was okay, and the small production wine selection was actually decent. Food not so great ($25 for a cheese plate, with cheese and salami selections the size of small band-aids was very disappointing for the price). During our evening, I’m assuming it was the owner that came to chat with us – tall blond in a hat. While she at first, was bubbly and showed great enthusiasm, it was apparent to us that she was inebriated – slurring her words and too touchy feely. Not very appealing nor very professional. You could tell the staff was equally uncomfortable. We will not be back.

The atmosphere was extremely delightful the service and conversation made it more than worth my time. This place is a home run a must see. The bartenders were great and very helpful, nice music and a lovely extrodinary owner. I want to especially thank the female bartender/hostess she was as lovely as they come 🙂
Outstanding Establishment!. I was there on January 27,2011 for a friend’s birthday. We were a group of 4 women and we had a BLAST! The live music was great with Nick.He played a wonderful selection of music for all tastes. We ordered two pizzas and had a cheese tray which was delicious. We drank several bottles of wine and met so many nice people. The owners let us stay after they closed to have a private after party. Both of the owners are delightful women. We have made some new best friends! I encourage everyone to try out this place in the heart of Magnolia.
Great atmosphere. I visited for the first time on saturday with a friend and we enjoyed everything from the great wine, to the cheese tray, to the music! Will definitely be back!
Terrific Experience. Great for a date night, lunch, or live music evening. Great entertainment, good food, and knowledgeable staff. Just received my wines as a new club member. I have found my new favorite entertainment spot right here in Magnolia/ The Woodlands.
