At lunch @ the Sushi Bar — it was very fresh & chef loaded each piece (I had Spicy Tuna Handroll, Spicy Scallop Handroll & Ikura). Sushi Chef was AWESOME! Waiter was below average — NEVER took away my dirty dishes & other paper items. Had to flag him down or grab another waitress every time I needed service.
Had a great dinner! Sushi is very good and Nuke is a great sushi chef. Ask for the Bomb diggity roll and Dragon spine, or the Nuke roll! You will love it!
