Thumbs up & down. The first several times I went to RC’s, I thought the pizza was good and the service nice. They do have a good menu and great cold beer. But the last 2 times I have gone – the pizza was soggy and the service poor.You may or may not get good service here. The servers are more worried about their texts than their customers. The last time, I had an experience with a rude manager that wasn’t pleasant. The servers need better training.I like Greek Tony’s across the street. You might want to try it instead.

Pizza and wings are great – sandwiches not so much – service is getting slower
I have orderd from Rc’s several times and the first three times the food was awesome cooked well warm and service was friendly, Now the second to last time i was ordering my food just abouteverything I was trying to order the girl on the phone was very rude and telling me sorry we dont have that we ran out… Im saying ummm this is a restaurant how do you run put of bread and chicken??? So I got my food that took just about 1 1/2 it was cold and my order wasn’t complete i said to my self and my finance’ well its okay they must be having a bad night so we left it alone so now just about a week later I order again and my food again took well over an hour my food was so cold and again my order wasn’t complete and my chicken wings were so pink and under cooked and ice cold… I called RC’S and asked to speak to a manager and he was helpful but only to be told the OWNER will not do anything and give me a bunch of excuses… NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BE EATING THERE AND GOOD LUCK… poor customer service….
RC’s – The Woodlands. RCs is located at the former location of Steel City Pizza on Budde Road near Sawdust. Their pizza is even tastier than Steel City’s and their menu more extensive. They also have a wider selection of beer, including one of my favorites, Karbach’s Hopadillo, for a reasonable cost of $3.50 a pint. Check it out :).
It sucks! This was the 2nd time we have been here. Waited over 45 mins for a sandwich with no one in the restaurant. Food was not worth the wait. Don’t even think they put everything on the sandwich. It took longer to get the cheese bread than the sandwich. The marinara sauce was cold. Had pizza last time. Nothing special. We won’t be back. Learned our lesson. The chairs aren’t that comfortable.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday at RCs on Friday! Our party of 20 put RCs to the test, and the food and service was excellent! I had a salad and the Greek Pizza and I definitely recommend it! Thanks to RC and his staff for catering to our party!
