Worst experience. I go to this cicis only to have to wait ages just to get rung up because the cashier had no idea what he was doing. We arrived near dinner time and they barely had any food out and what was out tasted like it had been left out all day. I heard management say that it was close to dinner so they should start opening the buffet. In my experience, the buffet was always open. Pasta was very watery and they had no variety. I don’t know if it’s new management or they just didn’t care but it was truly the worst customer service and food I’ve had here I understand cicis is cheap pizza but this was just awful. Unsure if I will return as the only good thing was that it was semi clean.
