RUDE. Had a bad experience with Nikki’s yesterday. Tried to order a Pizza. They told us it would take about 40 to 45 minutes for delivery. After 1 1/2 hours we called them back and asked where the Pizza was. They said it was out for delivery and on its way. We live across from the fire station, about 2 minutes from Nikki’s. After 20 more minutes we called again. This time they just told us they were very busy and had not gotten to it yet, became very rude and un-apologetic. Did not seem to care that they lied to us 20 minutes earlier and that they had not even started making the pizza yet. Needless to say we cancelled the order, called Pappa Johns, had our Pizza in 20 minutes and will not give Nikki’s any more of our business.
Good and Bad. Decided to try this place on a Friday night. We seated ourselves since there was no hostess. It took a few minutes to get menus, but you could tell that the poor server had too many tables to manage. There are no activities (coloring, etc.) to keep kids occupied. The server took our orders and brought us bread. The salads were fairly standard, nothing special. We ordered lobster ravioli and veal parmesan, which were both good. The tortellini alfredo was a bit bland. Despite the good and bad food and service issues, the place was packed. I definitely recommend they get another server or two to handle the busy evenings.
The service was terrible the night we went. Having to wait 30 minutes and ask twice for your check is ridiculous. The food was mediocre. Not worth the aggravation of the service.
This place is awesome. It has become more than just a place to go eat, the staff is almost family. They know us by name, and remember our usual order everytime we come in. This pizza is awesome, and some times we add a calzone or Alfredo. Never had something bad.
AWEFUL!!!. This was my very first & LAST visit to this bistro. I almost walked out just as I walked in for there was an Unclean Smell to the place just as I walked in the door!!! I ordered an eggplant parmesan with a diet coke & it came with a house salad. The food was ok I guess— BUT I walked in this restaurent a little after 2pm… Anywhere else that is still considered lunch time. So the dish I ordered was posted on the window as priced at $5.95!!! I WAS CHARGED $8.95 THE DINNER PRICE!!! THAT IS PATHETIC! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BISTRO AGAIN & WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!! TALK ABOUT THIEVES!!!!
The Best family restaurant. This is the best Italian restaurant around the area.I went there for lunch and they were packed however the staff was very friendly and fast. The food was the best I had the Chicken Aristocrat and I can wait to it the other half tomorrow for lunch. I recommend this family restaurant to everyone in the are.
Richard. Our family of four went there this afternoon and it is a really cute place. The service was good, and the food was excellent. I had the chicken tetrazzini, and it was wonderful. My wife enjoyed the chicken parmigiana, and our son and his girlfriend had the tortellini alfredo, which was also excellent. We can’t wait to go back.
