Good food and good service. My husband and I tried it at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. They were serving the lunch menu. We started with the dynamite Shrimp. It was 6 big cheesy fried balls served with ranch dressing. Yum. Then, I had the chicken fried steak and my husband had the grilled chicken with potatoes. All was very tasty. We finished with the Tuxedo Bomber for dessert with several chocolate covered layers of goodness. I recommend.
Applebee’s, but triple the cost!!. If you enjoy being waited on by teenagers, chewing on sub-par steaks, being greeted by a manager dressed in all denim (including his untucked shirt), and paying three times as much as Applebee’s for roughly the same quality, then this is the place for you!! For the rest of us who think dinner for two at $100+ should be fine dining and quaint ambiance, avoid this place at all cost!! Under seasoned, chewy steak, no-truffle truffle Mac-n-chz, and lackluster service (we had to ask for our bread and our dinner salads never made it to the table), made this a waste of an evening. We will never go back. I predict they will be closed within the year at this rate…
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant and were pleasantly pleased with the food and the service. The owner even came out and asked about our meal, which was excellent. I am very happy to have a nice steakhouse in the Wylie Murphy location. My husband is a very picky eater and he ordered a ribeye steak with bone and was very happy.
South Fork Texas Steak & Crab are engaged in Racial Profiling regardless if you sign-in on their wait list. Silver Fox has much better quality and are customer oriented.
The burgers are great and the shrimp and crab gumbo is really good. Can’t wait to be hungry enough to try a steak.
