Good BarBQ,. I was passing through Nacogdoches on my way to Houston and had craved BBQ all day. This is a popular place and got there just about to close. It is a clean nicely decorated restaurant where you order and pay at an order bar and you wait or the food is delivered to your table. They do a large burger and steak business, where you can pick out your steak in a refrigerator case. I wanted BBQ so I went to another order desk and was like cafeteria ordering. I got ribs, sliced beef and sausage. The ribs were very good a little dry but not bad the flavor is the smoke with a slight sweet seasoning rub. The sausage was also a little dry but was an explosion in your mouth, this was a beautiful blend with meat and spice with a good smoke flavor. The sliced beef again was a little dry but tender, slightly seasoned, good smoke flavor and very good.Yes I highly recommend this restaurant and hope on future trips through Nacogdoches, and I plan to stop here.
