Honestly, some of their food is really good and some is just overdone. Some recipes it seems like they received a surplus of cabbage and decided to put sauerkraut on a bunch of their items. Besides that, they do have really good food. They have a great selection when it comes to alcohol. Plus, who doesn’t love live music?
We’re local and we love Maks. I’m always constantly annoyed by the fact that there are CHILDREN at this place which is a BAR and grill. And don’t even get me started on taco Tuesday’s where the children OUTNUMBER the grownups. We need some focus here. Otherwise very solid.
Came in a few months back during a college visit. Great atmosphere, great food, cold beer, big tv’s. The place was packed with locals. Back in town and heading there for round two!!!
