Arums Deli is a mom and pop located on the east side of the business park. They are open M-F for breakfast and lunch. Back when I worked nearby, I would go visit them for lunch about 2 or 3 times a month. My two favorites were their grilled cheese sandwiches and their cheeseburgers. Their cheeseburger is priced just slightly higher than fast food burger places. Yesterdays visit was my first time there in almost 15 years. The cheeseburger still tasted great, and to my surprise, the staff remembered me.
