Had the ox tails and they just fell off the bone! For sides I had yams, blackeyed peas and rice. I was stuffed when I left. I shared a table with a nice guy who was from the area. The staff was friendly. Service was fast since it’s a cafeteria style line. I had to waddle out!
The soul food and the BBQ was top-notch. The people there seemed very modest about their fabulous food. I want them and everyone to know it is worth a side trip off the freeway to grab a bite to eat there or take out.
