  Best movie theatre in town. Best theatre chain in the country. I’ve never had any complaints when I’ve been to any of the Alamo Drafthouse locations but I also knew what I was getting into. If you want a basic theatre experience with regular theatre junk food/snacks then don’t go here. However if you want good food and drinks made fresh upon order this is the place. Some people complain about the timing they receive their food and drinks but you have to keep in mind that this is a dinner and a movie experience. Everything is made when you order it. It hasn’t been sitting for hours. Alamo Drafthouse is also a no nonsense theatre so you don’t have to worry about people disrupting the movie. They will kick people out if they are loud and obnoxious. They also don’t allow people to enter after the movie has started. They don’t play annoying local ads before the previews either. Instead they play funny clips and commercials containing actors or subject matter that compliments the movie you are seeing. I’m not saying it’s impossible to have a bad experience, but so far I haven’t. But the food and atmosphere is far better than your typical movie theater experience hands down. Give it a try. If you don’t like it, go back to the basics. To each their own.
