The people & service are awesome, fried chicken is awesome, go figure fried chicken at a BBQ place, desserts are good too! We eat there about once a month.
Food isn’t bad but the drive-thru service is ridiculous. They never seem to get my order right and the girls on the intercom and at the window aren’t friendly or patient. Also, the service is slow. I worked at a BM in San Antonio and the rule was the food needed to be packaged and ready to go to the customer by the time they finished paying. At this location, they are always asking me to go and park and wait for someone to bring me my food.
