Out of towner. Would recommend this place to everyone I know. Awesome service, casual atmosphere, excellent food. Our server, Shu, was a riot. My wife and two kids had an wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back!
Exceptionally great service!
Don’t go!!!!!!!. Took my mom and 3 kids there for dinner. Got there at 6:50 on a Saturday night. Told them I had a party of 5 and was told a very short wait. I saw 4 empty tables in the main lounge. 4 other parties came in after us and were seated with NO wait. At 7:20 went to ask about our table and was told they only have 3 tables in the place that could handle groups of more than four. And we would have to wait until the larger tables were available…of the 4 parties that came in, one had a couple and one had three people. Wtf? When I complained to the girls working the front about our wait, I saw the mangaers or owners looking at us from further inside the room. They turned and walked away!!!! I told the girls working the cashier they just lost a big ticket and they could have cared less.. Went to Willie’s Icehouse and spent half have as much money as I would have and was seated in 15 minutes… At 8:00. ( mom is 80). Will never set foot in Bonzai again and will be sure to tell everyone in New Braunfels to avoid this place…..and I am a local.. Like that really matters to them…….
Great Experience. Made a spur of the moment decision to eat there. The food was excellent, reasonable and plenty of it. We sat at the bar and were treated to free sushimi appetizers and a free desert. Friendly atmosphere. I will definitely go there again
Best fried rice I’v ever had!. I really like this restaurant! The sushi is really good! The hibachi is my favorite! I love their fried rice! I ask them to cook it til it’s crunchy (meaning.. a tad longer), and they always do perfectly! I wish I could eat there everyday! Sevice is ok, but still…my favorite in New Braunfels!
Simply gross. Rubber shrimp, burnt chicken and warm sushi.
By far one of the best resturants in the New Braunfels area
