Service is terrible, they give you water and a fork and then never come back, you have to flag down another waiter/waitress to get your order then they bring you the wrong order. I will not go back to the one on Elliot drive. I might try another one. Hell your web site doesn’t even work.03 Sep, 2014Service is terrible, they give you water and a fork and then never come back, you have to flag down another waiter/waitress to get your order then they bring you the wrong order. Terrible service, so, so food, nothing spectacular. I’d seen some good comments about this place on FB and wanted to try it out. We had breakfast on labor day morning. The service was terrible! Firstly, we sat ourselves, which normally is good, but they were packed! We say at 2 tables for 2 because there was no where else to sit. A large table next to us came available soon after we sat down, so we sat there after separating and busing our table. The bus boy never came back to clear the dishes on that table the entire time we were there and i had ask the waitress to wipe our table. She did so with a dry towel and a bottle of Windex in her other hand. I followed up with a anti-bac wipe i had in my purse. Is Windex even a disinfectant? The large table on the other side of us filled up and our waitress ignored us for about 15 minutes until i was visibly irritated and demanded a server. Then she and another server discussed who was taking our table right in front of us. My son had to get us menus, the waitress finally came by to take our order. It took another 10 minutes and a prompt to a third waitress to get our drinks. Finally, our food came…and it was cold. While we were waiting for our food, yet another staff member came by and had the nerve to explain to us that he needed to sit a family of 15 and asked could we move to yet another table so that he could take our table and put it back to the larger table in order to sit that large family. I about lost my composure! I started to lay out our visit to that point and when he saw i was about to get more upset he apologized and moved on.My best advice about this place, only visit it if you appreciate sub-par food and terrible service at a premium price. Otherwise, even Taco Cabana is a better choice.

They don’t answer the phone on weekend mornings.. The breakfast tacos are pretty good. Not amazing, but good. Customer service is normally acceptable, but hardly ever cheerful. I live really close, so it is the most convenient place to get breakfast tacos. Unfortunately, the mornings that I want to order breakfast tacos are Saturday or Sunday. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. So, I take my business elsewhere. I understand that they are so busy they don’t care, but it doesn’t make me want to eat there any other time either. All they would have to do is hire some high school kid to work just those busy mornings answering the phone.

Amazing food! And very reasonable prices! So good! If I could, I’d drive back from Missouri!

Got wifi ?. Food was ok, good salsa, beans rice ok. strong wifi signal in building, the manager claimed to know nothing about it. a word to the owner, make the wifi public, put a wifi signal outside on your sign, register with a free national wifi provider website. Being right by I-35, watch your business double. seriously, put that resource to work for you. I am speaking of the restaurant on 306 and hunter road.

Friday Special!. I like this place, they have great breakfast Tacos but I recommend the lunch special Friday. You get beef fajitas with rice, beans, guac… The works with a tea for $5.99, can’t beat it!
