Great Food, Bad Service. This place has a great atmosphere, and the food is great but the service we were given was subpar.When we arrived, there were no tables that could accommodate four people, so we sat at the bar and had a drink while waiting for a table to open up. During this time, they started moving several tables together for a large party. They said the reservation for this party had been made six weeks prior. No problem, as we had our eye on another table.We were finally seated and placed our order. After a wait, out came our food. All except our friend’s flatbread pizza. Apparently the kitchen had burned our friend’s order, but instead of immediately starting another, they decided to wait until our food was served and ask if he still wanted one? The food however, was very good. I recommend the Croque Monsieur. After dinner, we opted for dessert. Twenty minutes after ordering, we flagged down our waitress. She explained the kitchen was backed up due to the large party and there were several orders ahead of ours. Did we still want it? We opted for no.A couple of minutes later the manager stops by and says she understands we were upset over our dessert. She went on to say they were slammed with this large party. You mean the one that you had six weeks notice on? There was no offer to discount the meal for the burnt flatbread or lack of dessert. Whatever, just bring us the check. We had separate checks, a credit card inserted in each one, clearly meant for the bill inside. Still, the manager somehow mixed up the cards and charged the wrong meal to the wrong ticket!As I said, cool atmosphere, great food, good selection of beers. We’ll give it another try and hope the service is better.
The waitress Coleen is unreasonably rude and uncalled for. She refused service to a table full of sober people for no good reason. She is nothing but a negative let down for your place of business. I visit here frequently and i am seriously reconsidering this due to Coleen.

The bar staff is so fun and friendly and the atmosphere is great! That being said skip the food here. The guacamole came in what looked like a thimble and the rest of the food was either over salted or tasteless. I like the place for a drinking spot. Not so much for late night munchies.
