Very, very pedestrian. Its ok if you do not have high standards for German cuisine. The Texas schnitzel with the jalapeo cream sauce was gross….the sauce mostly….it would be better trying to do a Texas schnitzel with a Texas style cream gravy instead of whatever cream sauce they used. I should have tried just a regular schnitzel instead. The spatzel was very undercooked, although did have good flavor. Good German sausage selection and cooked well, but its hard to screw up sausage/bratwurst.The only reason I finished most of my food was because I had not ate anything in 15 hours.Again if you know and like good German food and have high standards, go somewhere else. If you are just passing through, want a quick bite to eat and are fine with ok food and something different for a change this might be a place for you to visit till you have really good German food.
This was the BEST German food I’ve ever had!!! The schnitzel was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly and the wine was very good. This is a definite must go to if you’re in the area
My wife, and Mother in law and I went there for dinner tonight. We were taken care of by a great waiter named Nick. He helped guide us through the wine and beer choices and boy, was he spot on! We ordered the Pork weinerschnitzel, prepared with different sauces and sides. Each one was great! We all loved the red cabbage and spatzel. Nick recommended we try a cherry chocolate, strudel that was a great finish to our evening. Prices too, are very reasonable. Nick advised us to watch for new menu items coming soon. We will return. Our only regret is that we should have gone here long ago.
