You can’t touch these guys. As a professional in the business, I could explain to you how ridiculously difficult it is to do what these guys do 360 some odd days per year. Mulitple levels, indoor-outdoor, party rooms and lines out the door almost all the time……and the food is always Excellent. Never had a bad meal there in the twenty or so years I’ve been in New Braunfels. In a business that depends on lots of young workers….they demonstrate professionalism at every turn. Their training is first rate…especially for a tourist joint. They amaze me every time….if you can’t tell. I have had so many good times there…..outside listening to Sylvia….sitting in the bar with friends….private parties upstairs….dining on the decks…..or indoors in the winter. It isn’t easy for me to relax and enjoy myself in a big, busy restaurant….but I always can there.

This was my first time and loved the place. Will most definitely be back. They seated us quick and had a beautiful view. They did take a little bit to take our order but when we did order the food came out fairly quick. We ordered the appetizer (queso, guacamole and salsa), different chicken plates, and a cheesecake. Food was well served and couldn’t finish our plates. The waitress did a very good job too. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to.
