The delivery was 30 min late and the Pizza was cold! When I called the phone number I couldn’t talk to anyone at the store where I ordered from. I called back and asked for a manager and was on hold for 15 min. Terrible service and worse pizza!

Bad service… Called for a order went to pick up and they didn’t have it.. the lady told me since I called and they didn’t have the order I had to call again and place another because online prices are different than in store. . REALLY! !I WAITED OVER 10 MINS, and they finally had found the order. .. really was that hard? bad service
I travel a lot in cell industry so I order delivery a lot also. This place is the best Pizza Hut I have order from so far! Food was piping hot when they knocked on my door, and they didn’t skimp on toppings on my supreme with chicken pizza. Good job to the cooks and the mangers running this joint!
No buffet?. They decided to stop serving a buffet forever but have not changed it on their menu. I feel it’s inappropriate to stop a service at 1 particular location that the whole chain typically provides. Now it will become difficult to determine (without prior knowledge) which Pizza Hut serves a buffet… Embarrasing to say the least…Not only that but this visit I ordered a medium Meat Lovers with jalapenos. Just as she placed the order I asked if wouldn’t be too much trouble to just place jalapenos on only half. She cringed like I just asked the most impossible request. I immediately told her not to worry about it & sat back down. I think after she pondered her response to me she decided to correct the order & let me know she fixed it. Whew, thank goodness she bent over backwards to take care of such a back-breaking request…
