  Sooooo Good. The Gourmet Ice Company continues to wow me with their all natural syrups. I really love the seasonal flavors. The new location is wonderful, with patio dining and cozy seating. The new hot chocolate and flavored soda are an outstanding addition. Don’t be scared off by cold weather. It gives you time to savor the flavor without the ice melting.29 Jun, 2012Love, love, love! Too hard to pick a favorite, but I’ll keep trying!10 May, 2012Wow! This is not your old fashioned snow cone. It’s fresh and natural with so many unique flavors. Did I say natural? The difference is amazing. I’m a fan of the tea choices. Better than those other popular iced beverages.

  Superior. Best dessert in town. I’d rather have a snow cone from here than dessert from anywhere else in town.

  The Best Treat EVER!!. I LOVE THE GOURMET ICE COMPANY!!! This is the best treat in New Braunfels this summer for sure! I have had Pina Colada, Cucumber Lime, Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel, and the Green Tea Vanilla. ALL had amazing flavor! I can’t wait to try the others. I love being a patron at locally owned establishments where friendly people put lots of love into their business. Thank you Gourmet Ice Company for making New Braunfels a brighter, more delicious place 🙂

  Simply Delicious!. I wanted to be adventurous and decided I would go from my normal coconut to a mango habanero and I have to say IT WAS AMAZING! You could tell it was made of fresh ingredients and tasted even better than it smelled. I plan on going back to try the sangria and watermelon basil as soon as I can 🙂 Thank you Gina and Dustin for bringing such an awesome place to NB! 🙂

  So Refreshing!. This is not the snow cone I remembered as a child. This is AMAZING! Well thought out flavor combinations, all natural. The owners are very helpful and make it an enjoyable experience. A must try and once you do, you will keep going back. You have to, because there’s always another combo to try!

  They have some very interesting flavor combinations- some even include ice cream! They are all very delicious and I like the sugar free options too! Definitely a must try!!

  By far the best shave ice(snow cone) I have ever had. Really like that they are all natural and have a sugar free option.
