Great service and subs. I stopped in while in the area shopping and was waited on by Sam who was really helpful. I asked him for his opinion of two different subs and he chose one because they had a BOGO deal going on, so it was a good deal. So I asked him, taste-wise which he preferred and he suggested the other one I had mentioned. He gave me some good advice as far as the type of cheese that was best and recommended their dressing to go on top, but gave that to me on the side so I could decide how much I wanted to use if any at all. It was a really good sub and I will be back. Sam is a great ambassador for the company, I hope his bosses know that. He is knowledgeable and obviously proud of the product they put out and much more helpful than the guys/gals behind the counter at other sub shops.
Great Food, Friendly Service. A good friend recommended I try Thundercloud Subs, (I’m a Subway man myself), so I stopped by one afternoon. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door. I stepped to the counter, and the young man working, Dylan, asked if I had ever been to Thunder Cloud before. I replied no, he asked if I had any questions. I scanned the menu, and asked what he recommended. He recommended The Club with Thunder Sauce. I asked for a brief description of the sandwich, and even though the store was busy, he took his time to explain what went on the sandwich, what the sauce was, and what extra I could add. He made the sandwich quickly, keeping up a running banter about other aspects of Thunder Cloud. I was impressed by the fresh cut jalapenos, and more impressed that he took the time to squeeze jalapeno juice from the stem over my sandwich.The sandwich itself was fresh, full of flavor, and well made. I scanned the menu while I ate, Dylan asked me several times if everything was OK, and on his way back by, I asked him to explain several other sandwiches. He went into detail about the ingredients and flavor of each sandwich, and suggested I try the potato salad, especially when he makes it. He recommended the next time I try the Nada Chicken or the Italian sub. I look forward to trying Thunder Cloud again, and I hope all of the employees and are nice and patient as Dylan.

Fresh. They bake their bread fresh everyday, who does not like that. The sandwiches are very good so try any and you wont be let down.
