Slow Service, Cold Food. The place was packed which makes me want to cut them a little slack. The server was neglectful of our needs, it took 45 minutes to get our food. The steak was the 7oz when I ordered the 9oz. The baked potato was underdone and it was cold and the butter on it was frozen-ish. The manager was nice about it, he comped my meal and gave us a free dessert but by that time, I just wanted out of there. Honestly the poor service bothered me more than the poorly prepared food. One high note, the pretzel stick with the cheese-beer sauce was hot, freshly prepared and tasty.
Absolutely Terrible!. I received a $25 giftcard for Christmas and decided to try out Applebee’s since I haven’t eaten there in many years. The atmosphere was OK, however it is currently 21F outside and they had the A/C on with a breeze. It took a waitress approximately 7 minutes to take even our drink order and another 15 minutes for us to receive our appetizer and another 25 minutes for us to receive our meal. The waitress was not very attentive and asked us last minute before paying if we wanted a refill. I can tell you I won’t be going back to Applebee’s anytime soon thats for sure.

HARD TO ADMIT. I like to think that I do not eat hamburgers from chains…went with my wife to Applebee to partake of their 550 cal. meal…she loved it…I tasted it …good….just not much…I ordered a burger…and shocking it was pretty good….tasted like something you would get at a real burger joint…3 buns
Good place.. The food is good and laid back to enjoy your meal.
