Too Plain For Me. Came in here looking for something different from the norm. There were several types of donuts, muffins and sausage rolls but nothing that really enticed me. There were gingerbread men stacked up behind the counter out of reach, but I could not get a good glimpse of them to decide whether or not they looked good enough to eat. I looked at the cinnamon rolls and they looked basic; I figured that they were my best bet. I was wrong. They had nice texture, but hardly had any icing to speak of, and what they had was a thin sugary-sweet coating. I guess that is what you expect for a $1.00 a piece, but I would have gladly paid more if the icing were more substantial. Really shouldn’t cut corners in a bakery.The bakery attendants were friendly and helpful. There actually are a number of tables to sit at and eat their offerings and many people were here doing just that. Coffee is available. But I won’t be returning. Not only is this place really out of my way, but it pales in comparison to the donut shops in my area.
