This Chipotle is okay. I’ve been spoiled by the large portions given at the Keller(377) location. Everything is new and modern, but functionality is not necessarily better. Not as homey a feeling as I am used to.
Tried New Things This Time. Stopped at this Chipotle last week and they hadn’t opened yet. Ooops! I was fooled by all of the cars. They were kind enough to give me a card to attend their soft opening the other day, so I tried some things that I haven’t had before. Their chips and salsa are good. They give you quite a lot. The ones at the bottom of the bag tended to be a little saltier, so I left them be. I also have to tip my hat to their barbacoa bowl. I usually have a burrito but found I enjoy the bowl just as much. The barbacoa was great. I had the medium spicy sauce, which is about as spicy as they have here and it was good. A little guacamole, pico de gallo and a lot of lettuce completed my lunch. They have esprit de corps and it was on display. The place has a wonderful feel good atmosphere, a lot like In-N-Out and that makes eating here all that much better.
