Dont waste your time. We sat on the patio at the North Richland HIlls location to hear our friends band and have a few drinks and food. Drinks were over priced and watered down. The absolute worst margarita I have ever had. Food was mediocre at best and server was VERY surly. I asked for a beer ( because you cant mess that up) and never got it. Neither did any one else receive any additional requests. Even the manager could not have been bothered.Run run fast from here.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Three workers at bar looking at me and doing nothing. Customers told me to go find a seat. Worker finally said yes go to patio and find a spot. I pointed out their sign requests you go inside first to be seated on patio. Just still down hill from there. Waiter gave us nice table side guacamole but getting him to be a timely waiter was not happening. Sadly this was my second experience at this restaurant. First time they forgot to serve me all together out of a group of eight. All I wanted was soup. Doesn’t matter what food chain is in that spot, it is doomed they just run people off with the lack of attention.

The worst. I was extremely disappointed in this Cristina’s. I was very excited to see Cristina’s opening in North Richland Hills. I have been to several of their other locations and loved them. This location, however, was a HUGE disappointment. The people are rude, the service is horrible and the food was not even close to being good. I will not be going back.

I want so badly to love this restaurant because of its proximity to my house. Unfortunately every time I have been there the service is as slow as it gets. It’s impossible to go there during your lunch hour because of the slow service. One of the times I went there and was seated on the patio, 20 minutes later I ended up going inside and asking the hostess to find our server as we had not yet been approached. This is not out of the ordinary for this location. They need to get it together or I fear that they will not make it. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants around that don’t take 2 hours or more to eat at because if the snail like service.

Good chain, lacking location.. I am a fan of Cristina’s. The ones I have been to include Lewisville, Southlake, and Hurst, and I like them in that order. The new location in Hurst/North Richand Hills has the same great Cristina’s food, but their Achilles’ heel continues to be their poor service. In the four times I have been to the new location I have received slow service each time. The most recent time was a Friday around 9 PM and they were not particularly busy. I was confused at first if I had walked into a club or a restaurant it was so damn loud. Call me persnickety, but when I go to a Mexican restaurant, I kind of want to hear Mexican music. I like AC/DC and Deep Purple as much as the next person, but not when it is blaring and I can’t here my companions. The waiter was nice enough, but it took nearly 15 minutes for us to order, drinks were not quickly refilled, and at the end it took about another 15 minutes for him to come back with the check. Perhaps that doesn’t sound bad to most people, but when I am used to the better Cristina’s and their service, this location is sub-par. If you feel like waiting for Mexican food, go on and go here. I will be making the drive to Southlake.

Very nice entree + service. First off, I am not a fan of pico, thus not a fan of their salsa. If you are a fan of pico though, go nuts. The queso and chips were nothing special.I ordered the chile relleno w/brisket and queso and will say the brisket was tender and flavorful. In fact, all around it was an excellent entree.Server was polite and friendly. Price wise it was good, in fact as nice as the place felt, you could even call it a good value. With 12 locations now, Cristina’s seems to be on it’s way to a burgeoning little empire the likes of El Fenix or OTB. However, this place has a definite interior Mexican cuisine feel to the menu, which is a welcome site in chain-food Mex.
