Why go anywhere else. They have excellent food cold beers and great valueMy favorite by far
I love this place! I always get the fish tacos when I come for lunch or dinner. Why get fast food when you can get fresh, hot lunch for under $10?! As soon as you sit down, you’re served chips and salsa so good, I’ve literally drank it from a straw. All the food tastes great, the rice tastes like my grandma makes it and the charro beans are yummy. My date ordered a margarita today… The thing was huge and so good, he would have ordered another had time allowed us to stay.
Love love love this place!! We live in Fort Worth and drive to eat here all the time! Their salsa is served warm and is just perfect! Wait staff is very friendly and the manager is great too! I highly recommend trying this place! Everything we have ordered has been great and they have huge beers and margaritas!!
Good Tex Mex. I just wish either the resturant or the city would come into the year 2012 and ban smoking. It’s our favorite place for tex mex but we rarely go anymore because we refuse to expose our 18 month old to all the smoke.
The food is superb and the prices are very affordable. The decor is great and the beer is cold. Good margaritas too! You can’t go wrong here. I highly reccomend. Five out of five stars!
Poor inattentive service. Have had similar results with 1 other visit, not sure why I gave them the chance to do it to me again…..Went with the family and waited nearly 10 minutes for bored looking waiter to take drink order. When he came back asked if we could have some chips and salsa and he said sure and walked away never to return. Had to flag down another table’s waiter to take our order and remind him we would like the chips and salsa. Ordered the carne asada and was brought out chicken. Waiter told me I ordered chicken. According to him he wrote it down so that became the gospel i guess, now my Spanish isn’t that good but I do know the difference between carne and pollo. The food is average and with the wait staff that bad there are too many better Mexican restaurants in the area.
Great food, great service. I love going to Frijoles to spend some time. They have great happy hour drinks and for just a little extra coin, their hand made margarita is definitely worth the price. I can get full on just chips and salsa because they’re so good, but the quesadillas, nachos, and fajitas are a regular on the table in front of me. The bar tender and wait staff always seem to be in a great mood and I’ve never had a person walk by without at least asking how my day is going and much of the time the conversation is longer than that. I would definitely recommend the buy one get one free fajita Thursdays for a family looking to get a lot of food for a great price and the restaurant in general for anyone looking for a place to get some great mexican food.
