We were a party of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) We went at 9 pm and were told we had to wait. Two large parties one with 6 and one with 7 were say before us. I’ve we were seated the restaurant was practically empty. There was no reason for us to sit and wait nearly 30 minutes. After our dinner we split the check the server charged the wrong cards the wrong amounts. He had to take it back. He charged our card twice. We checked out account and neither was removed. Called and asked for the manager and he was too busy to help with our problem because he was busy with the lunch crowd and hung up on me. Terrible terrible service. We won’t be back!

I’ve been to this location over the years. I recently came back to give it a try. The restaurant looks great inside, and the staff was very helpful. I wasn’t sure what to get and they built me my own dish of exactly what I wanted!!! My wife got the pastachetti chicken and it was good!
Time on your hands?. I’ve never been here and didn’t have to wait to be seated.After I’m seated I see all these empty tables, WTF?Never fails.BUTI do come back. Why? Simple… because once I’m seated the service is awesome and the food is great.I’d go more, but I don’t like waiting.
NOT VERY GOOD. Why people will wait an hour or more to eat here amazes me. Even though it is a chain, being a chain has nothing to do with the laughable service, the poorly prepared food etc. My husband and I agreed to meet our friends there against our better judgement. There is much better Italian in the area with food that doesn’t taste like it came out of a Stauffer’s box. Some chains are consistently good, if not great, but this isn’t one of them.
Never going back!. I’ve given this location at least 10 different tries. The only thing good here is an Italian margarita on the rocks, which you are going to need just to make it through eating here. The service is the WORST, every single time. It’s not just a particular waiter, it’s the ENTIRE staff. From the door, to the seaters, to the wait staff, to the bar. Even the managers lack common sense. The chicken is almost always undercooked. The list goes on…. is it worth eating here even if it’s the last place on earth? No… I’d rather starve.
Staff was rude and unaccomidating to me and my baby’s needs. Didn’t stay to find out about the food.
