Good burgers oddly enough, best potato salad, BUT the BBQ is atrocious. They should totally take ot off the menu along with the fried catfish which resembles fried alibaster. How Memphis style BBQ makes it in Texas is the 8th wonder of the world.
So, to start off, I’ve loved this restaurant since I was little and the food and service was almost always five stars… But the last couple times I have been in Texas, the waiters or waitresses have been snooty, jipped us on the change and have been just plain rude. Although it has great food, I don’t recommend eating at Red Hot And Blue in the state of Texas.
