I like to order lunch and pick it up but after the third time the guy at the bar who supposed to do the orders has an attitude and just as crude on the phone. If you don’t want to work quit
Red Lobster has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid, however the last few years I can tell the quality has gone downhill and the prices keep going up. On my last visit it was almost $50 with tip at dinner for two orders of fried shrimp and soft drinks….and the food wasn’t even that great. Will be looking for an alternate seafood restaurant. Only upside are the delicious cheddar biscuits.
Rapidly going downhill, I don’t know how much longer they can last. The servers are trying, but the company is letting them down. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits have been Red Lobster’s calling card for years. Now, they are a sad shadow of themselves. Very little cheddar flavor, too much spices, and very lacking in fluffiness. The only thing they had was too much butter soaking into them and making them taste almost fried. A Bar Harbor Salad Entree was ordered, a special on their menu. 5 minutes before the entrees were brought out, the apologetic waiter came up and announced that no fruits or nuts were available to make this featured dish, and would a larger side salad with some salmon be acceptable. We agreed to try that but the salmon looked like badly cooked, dried up, chicken, so back it went. Lettuce wraps were selected in its place, but what came out was a plate of filings with a sad, brown, wilted half of a lettuce next to it. Inedible! The entree baked potatoes were a pitiful joke. An entree is a meal, not a .99 Wendy’s special, but these potatoes were actually smaller than those Wendy’s potatoes. Additionally, very little sour cream and butter is provided and no bacon was available to top it. As an entree, this borders upon criminal at the price. For desert, the molten lava chocolate cookies were ordered. They arrived somewhat warm, looking fine, but inside was a different story. Nothing was molten, just what seemed almost like some Nutella squirted into a cookie cupcake. An extra desert to-go was opened to reveal a prepackaged cookie cake, STILL IN THE PLASTIC WRAP!We will not be patronizing Red Lobster again, and judging by the absence of customers on Wednesday night, lots of other people have made the same decision.
They helped us so much with my mother’s birthday party. Went of without a hitch, can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and service.
We need a Red lobster on I35 north of Ft. worth somewhere close to Tarrant Pkway
Lobsterfest!. Ok, we’ve made it twice so far… I always decide I will order something other than the Ultimate Feast, but I never do. Its the perfect plate. Though sometimes, l substitute scallops for the fried shrimp. I order the veggies, too many years of taking home baked potatoes only to throw them out weeks later.I had given up on Red Lobster because everything was overcooked.THIS location anyway, does it right. And there is a smoking section!
Decent…. …nothing spectacular.. Careful where you park though. If you park on the side next to the motel don’t be surprised if your vehicle gets broke into.
