Great place to party on a Saturday night! They play Latin music and hip hop! Lots of fun! A very large crowd of young people on Saturday and Friday nights. If that’s not your thing don’t go on the weekend!

Zongas was a good experience. Great staff and atmosphere. They have great drink and hook specials and the food was amazing. We had chicken marsala which was ok kind of bland but still good and the chicken Alfredo was amazing. On top of all that we had a great deal for 18$ you get 30$ credit for food here from Groupon. Will definitely be coming back.

Zongas is a great place. I go there for special occasions or to grab a few drinks and smoke hookah. The Staff is very friendly but the best part is the food.. it is, to say the least, spectacular. I love this place!

Oh No! This may take a While.. This dining experience was at least that…an experience, albeit not a good one. There were mixed messages as we walked in for a Saturday early evening dining (6:00 pm). The greeter met us at the door promptly, however there were only two other parties present when we arrived, which is sparse for a weekend at area restaurants. The greeter took our drink order and informed us that she wouldn’t actually be our server. We orderd soft drinks (nothing from the bar, which this place looks to be geared for) including sweet tea, Dr. Pepper and Coca Cola. I requested a lemon with the cola and was assured it would be no problem. The drinks were moderately slow in coming, surprising since there were few customers and brought by the woman who was to be our server (we were given no names to personalize their service). All of the drinks tasted well, which can’t be said for some area dining establishments yet the lemon was conspicuously missing. She seemed tentative about offering to take our order when the drinks order arrived even though all parties at our table were prepared to make our choices at that time. Two of us ordered cups of the Tomato Basil soup, one ordered the Schwarma dinner that was to include a salad, another ordered a Gyro sandwich and the third in our party ordered a Kaftha Meatball Dinner with a side of fried Cauliflower. We were very quickly given a complimentary plate of Pita with dipping sauce of oil and spices by a guy who came in from the kitchen area. The pita was delicious, just out of the brick oven, sauce could have used a little balsamic vinegar or something to give it some flavor. Our drinks were not only allowed to go completely dry but stayed that way for an extended length of time. Since our table was approximately eight feet from the staff pantry, I tried several times to make eye contact and get the attention of the server to no avail. We actually had to flag down a guy (think he may have been the owner) to get a refill since our female server was too busy being groomed (by the woman who had been the greeter when we were seated) to bother with our table. The greeter came and took ORDERS for refills on the drinks (I’m sorry, I guess it had been so long since the original order she couldn’t remember what we had for the refill). At about this time the smoke started to reach our table from the hookah bar. Since it was my own fault for not considering the possibility of this happening given that this is a Mediterranean restaurant, I chalked this unpleasant aspect up to my own poor planning in failing to ask to be seated away from the opening to the hookah bar. When our soup orders finally arrived, long before our drink refills did, we received one cup of soup and one bowl of soup (not what was ordered). Since the young man who delivered them (same one who brought the pita) didn’t take the order we decided to let the mix up go. The flavor was delicious though not served very warm. Our dinner orders eventually reached us. My husband’s Gyro sandwich was pronounced fairly good, our son’s meatball dinner was okay (sauce was great but the meatballs were a little bland) and he thought the fried cauliflower was very good, my Schwarma was mediocre (have had better at Byblos) and for some reason it had a VERY hot spicy taste to it. The salad for the Schwarma dinner was never delivered, the two miniscule pickled gherkins and turnips had little flavor and the Tahini-yogurt sauce had no flavor and was very thick (almost like butter). The same good pita accompanied the meal. Again the same young man delivered them to our table and he took great pains to make sure everyone had the correct order. The server and the greeter/server came by our table a couple of times to ask how the food was and if we needed anything but didn’t seem to want to hear any answer to their question as they were watching the guys partaking of the hookah in the bar instead of listening to our response. The men at the table were patted repeatedly while the ladies were speaking to them (my husbands observation, not mine, and this didn’t bother my 23 year old son). The short form: Prices too high for the area, food ranges from fairly good to mediocre but not served at the proper temperature, service mostly awful with missing components to the meal order (exception the young man who actually delivered the food to the table). If you want great pita and good soft drinks at high for the area prices this is your place, otherwise I’d say give it a pass (I will in the future).

Pricey Food. I visit this place the other day and I must say the place is very nice and the waitress was very friendly but when we got the menus the food seemed very expensive mostly everything was 15 or more and the appetizer’s were 8 or more and the ones that were 6 seems just to be pita bread and some dip. We ordered the gyro plate (9.99) and it tasted like the meat was prepackage in a freezer it didn’t taste good at all, it came with a iceberg salad, rice and pita bread. This place isn’t going to last because the food sucks. Where the location is the food shouldn’t be that expensive and it would be different if the food tasted better and was actually good food but it isn’t. The soup of the day they had was Tomato Basil Soup, I just wasn’t impressed with what selections they had on the menu. I notice too walking in the host was also trying to waitress too.

Just Ok. Nice interior and patio however the food was not good and the prices were bit high for the restaurant location.Service was good and would go again if only for beer and patio.
