All Aboard Deli and Bistro is a great gourmet sandwich place right here in Olmos Park. Their hours are somewhat limited, but if you can fit yourself into their time frame, you are going to get a very good meal.My partner chose The Challenger, which was chipotle chicken, Gouda cheese, onions, greens, avocado, and tomatoes, along with mayo on wheat bread. I chose The Yard Master, which was turkey, Swiss cheese, onions, tomatoes, and greens, with a basil pesto spread on Challah bread (that lumpy/bumpy bread). Both of our sandwiches were quite tasty. We made them combos for $2 more.
Like very much. I eat there at least once a week and have a different sandwich each time cause i cannot decide which one i like best. they are too good. the owner always greats me with a smile, no matter how busy they are.
This adorable boxcar deli features homemade spreads, fresh breads and quality meats. My turkey with havarti and jalepeno spread was yummy! Homemade potatoe salad as a side and pomegranate green tea! Will return to this box car!
All Aboard Deli is delish! Love their sandwiches. I’m usually not a sandwich fan but these amazing sandwiches have me coming back for more! yum! Sums up my experience
Love. Love. Love. This is a great, casual place to eat outside and relax! The sandwiches are so good and I feel so welcome whenever I go there.
Out Of Sight. Tucked away in the railroad cars that line the back of The Yard in Olmos Park, this place is easy to miss, but worth remembering. The sandwiches, available on several artisanal breads, are large and generously laden with various meats and fresh veggies, and the sauces used on them are excellent. Mine today was turkey and cheese on challah with a jalapeo sauce that added just the right amount of kick. The prices are a little on the high side but still reasonable for what you get.
Very Unique!. I have never been a fan to eat sandwiches out at a restaurant. BUT when I went to All Aboard Deli, to state the sandwiches are unique and delicious is an understatement. These sandwiches can not be recreated in your own kitchen. Each sandwich is very unique with a delicious and tasty secret sauce. I love the sandwiches and must admit I am addicted! I tried a grilled chicken sandwich and it was so new it didn’t even have a name yet! Delicious! I just took my children for the first time last week and they are very kid friendly…especially picky ones like my children!
