Service SUCKS!. After sitting and waiting for 10 minutes to order drinks, the hostess came over to take our order…That is not her job, but so glad she did! Next, a waiter came with our drinks and continued to explain that this is not his table… (I don’t care who’s table it is I just want service)Food- Well if you order tacos or french toast you should be good to go not hard to screw up those items, but if you order eggs over hard they bring you runny eggs.Probably will never come here again!
I’ve read a lot of bad reviews of this place but I love it! I always brings friends here and they end up loving it too. I always get great service, and no I’m not white, that’s just ridiculous for someone to say. I live a good 20 minutes from this place and anytime I want good mexican, I gladly drive out of my way to come here. I’ve never had a bad plate of food and their service is always friendly. I’ve been coming to this place for 3 years and I won’t stop because a couple people didn’t like it. Go somewhere else then, more good food for me!!!!
Went on a Saturday at 12:45 tried to order breakfast tacos since the menu says breakfast until 2:00. Waiter apologized that we could not order breakfast tacos but could order a breakfast plate. We asked why and we were informed that was the owner’s policy. This is the latest example of silly management policies that have kept our family and friends from going to Mary Lou’s. The food is good and most of the wait staff is good but that is not enough to overcome the owner’s incomprehensible lack of concern for customers. We will not be back anytime soon
Very poor service, the place was half empty and our waiter was horrible. The food is mediocre.
Agree on the bad service. I agree with Gloria although I believe she meant to say they only cater to white people. Me and my wife experienced the same thing. White people who were there way after us were getting seated before us. I asked how much longer and they kept telling me 15 minutes more while there were empty tables available. Believe me the food was definately not woth the wait!
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!!. I took my mom out for Mother’s day since she liked this place and we waited to get seated while other people were walking in after us and got seated right away. I guess this place only caters to people so if you are hispanic stay away from here. You’ll never get seated. Plus your not missing out on anything their food is comparable to Taco Bell.
Loyal Customer No Longer. Used to go here all the time. Food quality and service have really dropped.
