First time eating here and it was WONDERFUL. The food was so fresh. We had shrimp tacos and chicken chimichangas. The vegetables, quesodillias, everything were so fresh. 10/10
The food was pretty good but the service was very slow. There weren’t a lot of people eating so no reason for the service to be so slow.
The cucumber magarita was EXCELLENT! I ordered the queso w/ground beef and that was good. I would go back for happy hour to have another cucumber margarita!
We are natively from New Mexico, and have found Houston area Mexican to be wanting. Emma’s had authentic atmosphere, a tequila selection to die for, an THE CLOSEST version of what we are used to, from Poblano enchilada sauce to red chili enchiladas that will spark that spot in the New mexican’s heart. It NOT hot, but their salsa’s are amazing and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Emma’s!!!
Emy23. I go to Emma’s once a week I been order all in the menu and I like everything the chips and salsa are excellent and the Margaritas the best that’s way they won the best place excellent restaurant .and excellent food .
Shrimp Diablo. The food here is excellent. I love the shrimp diablo! Who doesn’t love cheesy bacon wrapped shrimp that comes with all sorts of goodies. I like to get take out here they give you tons of chips and salsa to go and tortillas and extras.
The green sauce started it all…. And the meal just kept getting better. Great salsa, friendly staff and outstanding CARNE GUISADA.
