Poor Customer Service!. Ordered a pizza for pick up. Got home to find a totally burnt pizza in the box. Went back for a replacement ( because they were too busy to deliver) and was given the wrong pizza! Had to wait for a third pizza to be cooked. Never got an apology for the bad service & inconvenience. At least Pizza Hut gets your order right.
Excellent. The place is a little dirty when it gets busy. However, I always take out so it doesn’t bother me that the dining room is messy. The pizza is great; this is the only place I go for pizza in Pearland now.
