Not sure why this place is rated below a 3. It’s nothing earth shattering, but it is tasty. Imagine what would happen if Taco Cabana went on a Caribbean vacation. That’s Pollo Tropical. Since this was my first visit, I had a plate with everything. Pork, chicken, steak, and wings. Everything had good flavor. Not over the top, and maybe a little subdued compared to what someone might make at home. I also like my wings crispy, and these are not. I had black beans and yellow rice which was tasty. Bonus, there are mixed drinks and you can get punch which the option of adding a shot. I will certainly be back.
