I go to wrights every time I can convince my wife since she doesn’t love BBQ as much as I do, but then again who does? I’m sure all of their items are good, but frankly, if it’s not their ribs and links, I wouldn’t know. That’s because their ribs and links are hands down awesome.The restaurant looks like time stopped inside of it but that doesn’t bother me as far as the ribs go.

I feel the compelling need to warn others about this place. Do not go if you expect BBQ! Sliced brisket was nothin more than old slices roast soaked in gravy. Sausage was dry and over cooked. Baked beans… How do you mess up baked beans??? Overall a dismal experience for BBQ. Not sure how this place is making it!

YUK!. Well where do I start? YUK was the only word that came to mind as a title. First off let me state I was headed to James Browns restaurant and I got side tracked into coming here. This BBQ is nasty, it’s dry and over salted. I ordered the chicken as did my wife. We both agreed we will NOT be coming back ever! The sides were lousy as well, I ordered dirty rice, or at least that’s what I thought it was. I also ordered coleslaw, another blah on this one. My wife got the dirty rice and baked beans. She liked the rice but not the beans. Still holding my breath that we don’t get food poisoning, nothing was hot it was all ‘warm’ shall we say. How in the heck does this place operate? I have Going’s in my town, they beat wrights hand down on their worst day.
Yesterday I had the sliced bar b que and it was aweful!! Yucky!!02 May, 2012Yummy!!. Get the chicken, so good!!
