I am from okc and anamias is by far the best mexican restaurant i have been to!!! Great value, amazing food and great service! I had brisket enchiladas and wife had veggie enchiladas! This place is crazy great!!!! Wished i lived in plano!!!!!!
Very bland and nothing social. Would go to Taco Bueno before going back! Dishes had no flavor or spice and chips tasted like bagged Walmart chips.
This place is a regular stop of mine due to consistent quality food, wonderful service and the table side service of guacamole. Excellent lunch specials too.
Overpriced bland Tex Mex. Service was also slow.
Great food, margaritas and staff. Ivan the bartender is tops
How are there not more reviews for this place!?! It is so good! We recently moved to Plano and have been trying a lot of the area’s restaurant offerings. Anamia’s is at the top for several reasons. We are a family of five and find it incredibly affordable – beyond fair for what you get! It’s is very clean and nice with plenty of seating inside and out. Restrooms are immaculate . The beef brisket tacos are incredible and everything is very fresh. The wait staff is curtious, attentive and very willing to make substitutions. I would recommend Anamia’s all day long! Our average bill for a family of five is anywhere from $35-$45 – pretty close to what we would spend at Chipotle!
FREAKIN AWESOME FOOD. Ok, ok, I’m not one to write reviews, however I have been so impressed with the quality of food and the service here I had to.Not only is the restaurant gorgeous and upscale, the waitstaff constantly walk by checking your drinks, salsa and chips the whole time and they are right on it before you run out.The food….wow, huge portions and oh man is it delicious. I recently went and got the #15 off the lunch menu and had to take it home and was able to make two more meals out of it. The tamale was the best I’ve ever had. The shredded beef enchilada OMG, I actually hurt myself on that one…..thought I would need a wheelchair to get me out of the restaurant. 🙂 I’ve been a Cantina Lareda fan for years but sorry guys, this is my new favorite Mexican place.
