I have been to Aw Shucks numerous times. Tonight was the worst. I noticed the place was almost empty when I drove up. I should have taken the clue and gone elsewhere. The food was terrible this time. The shrimp was so tough my son called it jerky, like beef jerky that is. The fries were hot but also overcooked as they were tough. I spoke to the management about the food quality and they provided us a kid’s meal for the three shrimp we complained about. No desire to make a customer happy I guess. We asked for a complimentary key lime pie but they said they could only replace the shrimp. We had plans to order a pie, but decided against it because of the poor treatment. We won’t be back anytime soon. They need to do some food quality control and they need new management. Sad, too because the previous times we’d gone the food was excellent.just now report edit history Like delete
