Pleasant Surprise. Blue Goose is not on our family radar, and I do not know why. Today’s visit was fantastic. We started with chips, salsa and queso. The server suggested we add taco meat to the queso, and that was a home run. The chips were hearty and crunchy. For our entree, we had half orders of Chicken Nacho Plate and Spinach Chicken Quesadilla. Both were fantastic. I love when nacho’s are served hot and the chips underneth are still crunchy. The chicken was smokey and flavorful. The quesadilla was just as good. Great food.The decor of Blue Goose is loud yellow with blue trim. I think it has a traditional mexican restaurant feel. Our server was top notch. She knew the menu, brought the food out hot, and kept our drinks full.Great place. We will be back. Chuy’s is our number one choice, and this equals Chuy’s.
