Wouldnt go back. Slow, unfriendly service, and downright rude manager. Never greeted, got drinks ourself after watching 3 waitstaff sit and talk at a table. When they noticed we were carrying our own drinks, it got their attention. Took another 10 minutes for water. Then we asked the manager to order, we were treated rudely, with a well you got your drinks comment… only got worse. Place was very slow, we left and would highly recommend going to the lively, friendly, very attentive Katy Trail in the same shopping center!
I ate there on a Sunday at lunch and found the food to be similar to that of a school cafeteria. Bland soggy processed. The manager asked how we liked it and I explained that the food quality was much lower than expected and I asked him if he had eaten it. He said he did and he loved it. The gravy tasted canned and the rest of the meal followed that line. He gave us certificates for free food if we came back. That isn’t happening. We left them on the table
