Great people. So I went to meet someone new and they stood me up but I got to meet the owner. One of the sweetest people I have every met and just down to earth good people. I think it is rare these days to walk into a place and feel like people really want to know who you are and she made me feel that way. Not sure who the people are or if it was just busy there or not but they should give it another shot because it really is a very charming place that was full of good folks when I was there.
My Absolute Favourite. With a unique and delicious menu of drinks, you’ll never get bored. Comfortable chairs and tables, stocked with games if you’d wish to play, allow for the most ideal semblance of a coffee shop. The drinks are the best I’ve ever tasted, the snacks are convenient, and great customer service is just the cherry on top. This place really has it all!
The Hawaiian Dream is a dream! Nice cozy atmosphere. Friendy, warm service. I will be back.
LOVE this place! Let me count the ways:* The only coffee shop around that serves almond milk! * Mismatched furniture is super comfortable and makes it feel homey* Tons of crafty things made by the owner….jewelry from forks, bookmarks, wall hangings, etc* The owner is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Starbucks has nothing on this place, and there’s music a few times a week. Very artsy and a comfortable place to be! If you want a place with tons of character and great coffee selections (and homemade sandwiches), Cafe Bohemia is your place. 🙂
I loved it here. I have no problem with how they make their coffee. Mostly because I don’t even like coffee. Regardless, the meal I got and the Cherry Italian Cream Soda I got were amazing. If you’re stuck up, this isn’t the place for you, but if you like to just chill and enjoy yourself, you will probably like it here.
The chai tea latte with almond milk is beyond delicious! The woman up front was do kind and recommended that I try the chai because she home makes the tea and it really is wonderful! She was making some egg quiches for breakfast and kindly gave me one to try as well. Great customer service and drinks! Highly recommend!
Feels like hanging out in a comfy living room!. Yay! My search for a comfy, oddball independent coffee shop is over! I’m a transplant to Plano from Dallas (I dislike Dallas colleges that much after attending all my grade schools there) and after a year and a half here in Plano, I am both happy and ticked that it took me this long to find Cafe Bohemia, seeing as it is a quarter mile away from my residence! Today I tried the coconut iced coffee, which is awesome! It has real coconut flakes inside, yum! I just wish this drink had toasted coconut flakes on top as well, then I would be in love :)The owner Evie is a wonderful lady, very friendly and accommodating. She was the one to make my drink and did so very well! There are events here Tuesday through Sunday, from writers/story tellers night to open guitar jam to comedy improv night. This place rocks and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Cafe Bohemia, thank you Evie!P.S. Watch out for that quarter!
