Fairly Decent Place. Canton Express is tucked into a strip mall that is set back from the curb on a major intersection. It’s not easily seen. The restaurant is kind of small, but the decor is nice and inviting. Your service level and experience will depend on how busy they are. There is just one lady running around like crazy doing it all. I’m highly impressed that she keeps all the balls in the air, but it does make for a poor experience. You won’t be shown to a table. You won’t be given a menu. She might be back to ask what your order was again. The order of your drink, appetizer, and meal might not come in the proper order. You might sit with an empty glass. That said, when it got less busy, she was much more attentive and organized. She was happy, polite and made the end of the visit so much nicer than the rush visit. The food was good. I enjoyed my egg drop soup and kung pao chicken. I give this place a thumbs up, but I would go in non-rush time or I would do take out.
