Staying in Hilton Plano/Dallas and this is the attached restaurant for breakfast. Was seated quick, staff very pleasant, but food left me under-whelmed. Felt they could have provided more choice given the size of the hotel. The omelette I had was good.
Carson is located in the Hilton Hotel. My breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Service was a bit spotty, likely a result of the restaurant being busy, but at least the staff were trying and remained friendly.
The food choices are not very traditional, but all have been enjoyable. Wait staff is friendly. I always go at lunch so not sure how it is in the evening (in the Hilton so not sure). Quiet place to have a good business lunch.
Fairly good selection and nice presentation for a café style eatery in the hotel. I wish more Hilton’s had this feature.
