I know people are not thrilled with chain restaurants but this Chili’s does surprisingly well. Its moved three times since I was in Plano before this location. It is convenient to get to and has great managers. I know this because we have had to talk to them several times because the servers here are habitually lacking. About half the servers are good, the other half not so much. Like the one server who forgot to enter our order and then forgot our table. It manager staightened this out but not before a 105 minute meal which shouldn’t happen at a Chili’s.Still the have surprisingly good steaks. The new Tex-Mex offerings are also very good.Forget the advertised ribs. Those are beyond forgettable.And the burgers and chicken are all good.

I had a coupon for a free appitizer, so we returned for a burger. I n Then remembered why we stopped eating there. Dry burger and lackluster fries. I wish it had been better.
Service slow I mean real slow.
