I love the atmosphere here… High ceilings and a lot of natural light coming in from all the windows. The power breakfast sandwich is a go-to of mine. Croissant sandwiches with a fabulous selection of teas… Sold!
Consistent for on-the-fly meal. Corner Bakery and Panera are hard for me to tell apart. Whenever I want decent food I can stop at any location and expect the same experience. Today we had Big Al’s Chili and DC Chicken on Rye. The chili was fine. The chicken salad with green apples is good. The heavy flavor of the rye bread against the sweet green apple and chicken salad makes a good flavored sandwich, but the bread is dry. I have found that dry bread tends to be the norm here.Today they had a seasonal cookie. It was a ginger lemon whoopie cookie. It was very good. The ginger cookie was soft and moist. The lemon was a creme frosting between the two ginger cookies. Everything was mild but awesome. Great cookie.Why keep eating at a place where I don’t enjoy the food? It’s my fast food substitute. The decor and atmosphere beat fast food hands down. I’d rather have okay food in a great looking place than okay food at McDonald’s.
Nothing Like…. A panini from here to sooth the soul on a nice Fall morning! This location is better then the Dallas one.

Great breakfast. I really enjoy stopping by Corner Bakery for breakfast. I love the Farmers Scramble.
