Excellent little family owned hole in the wall on the edge of east plano and parker, tx. Food is good, service is good. Love their jalapeo crema sauce.
Great food, Friendly and personable staff. Always remember your face and your order. Skip, the owner is always there and very sociable. 10/10.
Great food and fantastic staff. Travel to Plano from Phoenix and try to eat here once every trip. The salsa is great and every item I have eaten has been delicious. Skip and his staff are terrific, very friendly and courteous.
To update this – I don’t come back here enough because its on the other side of Plano and takes about 25-30 minutes to get to. If this was any closer I would be back here almost weekly.I’ve tries burritos, tacos, and tostadas now and they were all very good. The place is a little dark and might be a little run-down, but the food and friendly service make up for a lot!A nice out-of-the-way Mexican place. I’m continuing to search out the small Mexican restaurants in the area.Dona Mary is on the far East side of Plano, but its worth a visit. The service is good, and the owner is friendly. (We talked briefly about him thinking of opening a satellite restaurant in Dubai.)The salsa was flavorful, and hot enough for most people, although they use very small cups and I needed refills. I tried their burrito. which has a lot of flavor. I would have preferred more meat and less beans but maybe that’s just me. It came with three different sauces; jalapeno, tomatillo, and a fiery sauce that was hot enough for me.All of this was a lot of food, and very inexpensive. Sadly its a bit far away for an easy lunch, but I will be back.
Tom/Dede. Our first visit, and will be going back. Lunch was excellent and servings were large. Cost is right on. Very clean and menu is all from scratch. Tough to beat for authentic Mexican.
Great food!. A fantastic, authentic experience in mexican cuisine, this hole-in-the-wall joint is a must try! Also, Bonus points for having halal options on their menu.
Waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the food was FANTASTIC. Truly authentic mexican cuisine. I’ll definitely be back.
