Before a stop at Madness Games, we grabbed dinner at Eddys for some pizza! Om: A bizarre name for an Italian place, that I THINK is managed byRussians? The accents of the employees threw me off! It was really good though!Service This was kind of funnylike, it was good service, all our orders were accurate, all the food was brought out in a timely mannerbut our server was like a surly guy who was trying to act nice, but you could tell that he was surly at heart! His polite directness got us laughing a few times, but at the end of the day it was good service.Ambiance Not really a faux Italian vibe that you might see some places, it still was quaint and cozy inside. There was even one of those electric fireplaces, which we happened to sit by. There were some televisions around too! Overall a nice casual atmosphere.Food We ordered a large cheese pizza and I had a side of meatballs. First, the bread that came before the meal was excellent! Little round pieces of bready goodness with sprinkled with some cheese(?) and some butter was delicious! The meatballseh, four little guys swimming in red sauce. While they were good, wish they gave at least six for the price, along with less sauce. The pizza was fantastic though! Large enough to feed all four of us with little leftover, with delicious cheese, not too much sauce, and good crust. Not a gourmet pizza, but also just as good as what you might find at a Sicilys or Napolis. It was really good!Value Such a reasonable price for the amount of food that we ate. Less than $27 (not including tip) for delicious bread, a large pizza, some meatballs, and a few drinks? Totally reasonable and a good value.Overall, Eddys is an underrated restaurant that serves good pizza at a good value in a cozy atmosphere. Some people might get rubbed the wrong way by some of the people that work there, but chalk it up to a cultural difference more just being direct and certainly not rude. Would have no issues going back, but only if its with my wonderful Nom!Nom: This place is funny! From the outside you cant tell what kind of restaurant it is. And Eddys? For a pizza place? Ok good luck guessing that one. But its a gem, just as good as any pizza place youd visit with your family. The boys devoured the bread, they absolutely loved it! I didnt really have any but I did love the pizza, WOW!!! Ok you know when they bring you pizza and the cheese is gooey but it has those little places where the cheese was really browned up nicely! Yes.that kind of pizza. The kind I truly enjoy! Our waiter was hysterical although Im sure he wasnt trying to be. One of those cranky kind of people trying to be nice. As for the value the 4 of us ate for less than $35 and that included bread, pizza and drinks! I think another pre Madness trip with my handsome love would be wonderful!

1st timers. I don’t know who would NOT like the pizza here. I recently brought my sons for us to try Eddy’s for the 1st time. It was AWESOME!! I was going to request extra cheese. Thank goodness I didn’t because they are very generous the cheese. It stretches from the pizza tray to your plate!! My son ordered a sub sandwich and really enjoyed it. So glad we found a great pizza place. We will be back!

Sales Executive. BEST PIZZA IN PLANO. We have tried several dishes here and all have been excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend Eddy’s and have to all my friends.

Great food and service. Since discovering Eddy’s a couple of years ago, we have become regulars. Their servers are courteous, friendly and efficient. We’ve tried many items on their menu and all have been delicious. The negative responders (from some time ago) must have had a different experience from our many visits. The super quality, huge quantities and BYOB features result in sometimes having to wait on a table. (It is more than worth that wait)
