No Air Conditioning. My wife and I ate at this restaurant May 18th. This was the 1st time that we ate at this restaurant. The restaurant was empty and shortly after entering we realized that they did not have the AC running. The outside temperature was 85 degrees and inside it was stiflingly hot inside. There was a pedestal fan that was pushing hot air and was dirty. My wife also stated that the bathroom was dirty. Stains around the sink and the ceiling showed signs of water damage. My wife ordered chicken kabobs and I ordered Shish Kabobs. When our food came, my wife got the right order, but my order was wrong. The hummus was good, but the beef was over cooked and the rice was cold and seemed like it had been reheated by a microwave. My wife stated that her chicken was too spicy and complained later that day and the next that her stomach hurt. We asked for water and got a small bottle of water, that we were later charged for.It was so hot in that restaurant that my wife and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. We had to pay $24 for the meal, which I feel was over priced. Had I know that we would have had this experience, we would have gone to Fadi’s in Frisco.

If you enjoy Mediterranean fare, Falafel & More is what you’re craving for! The food is EXCELLENT! You get more than your money’s worth, as well. The proprietors are SO kind. They’re very hospitable and genuine. I will DEFINITELY be patronizing this gem again!

Best ever Falafels. Wife and I came here and ordered a couple falafel wraps and a house special (which has three skewered types of meats). It was SO good. It was by far the best falafel we have ever had. The meats were also excellent. The side salad with the special is really just for decoration. The old guy with the eye is very kind, and is simply a master cook. He gave me an extra falafel to eat while I waited and once when my wife went by herself gave a little square of baclava (dessert). Don’t forget to tip this great guy.I cannot emphasize enough how good his falafel and meats are. I have had falafel in several states and several countries in northwest Europe, and all have paled in comparison to this.We now visit every time we go anywhere near Plano.
