One of My Favorite Sub Shops. I really enjoy eating at Firehouse Subs. #1 Hook & Ladder is my go to sub. I love the warmed up meet and slightly melted cheese. The sauce is just slightly sweet and mixes well with the fresh wheat bread. Great Sub!

Yeah, doesn’t live up to the expectation. As Eric mentioned, it’s not that great. I also agree that fresh bread is critical when it comes to a hearty sub; oh, and the meat. The amount of meat is ok, but still left to be desired.One interesting thing about Firehouse is they have TONS of different types of hot sauces. Of course, after you try the wrong one, the rest don’t have any effect on you (lol)
